1. Our commitment
EB Unlocked Limited (trading as Unlocked Expertise) is committed to making our website and platform accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing effort and we are continually working to improve the experience for all users.
2. Scope
This statement applies to the public marketing website at unlockedexpertise.com and the Unlocked platform accessible at portal.unlockedexpertise.com. The Unlocked iOS app is covered separately within the app's accessibility settings.
3. Current accessibility status
The website has been designed with accessibility in mind from the outset. The following measures have been implemented:
- A skip-to-content link is provided on every page
- Semantic HTML elements are used throughout (nav, main, footer, article, section)
- All pages set the language attribute to en-GB
- Keyboard focus is visible and styled for keyboard-only navigation
- Animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem setting — all motion is suppressed when this preference is active - Text is set at readable sizes with sufficient line spacing
- The website uses a responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes
We have not yet completed a formal, independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit of the full website and platform. A comprehensive accessibility review is planned.
4. Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas where accessibility may be limited, and are working to address them:
- Some interactive components on the platform (such as booking flows and video session controls) may not yet be fully optimised for screen readers
- Colour contrast on some decorative elements may not meet AA requirements in all cases, though all essential text and interactive elements are designed to meet contrast minimums
- Third-party embedded content (such as Stripe payment forms and Twilio video) is subject to the accessibility standards of those providers
5. Getting help
If you have difficulty using any part of the Unlocked website or platform, we want to help. You can:
- Email us at hello@unlockedexpertise.com describing the issue you are experiencing
- Request information in an alternative format where reasonably possible
- Ask us to assist with completing any task on the platform that you are unable to access independently
We will do our best to respond to accessibility queries within 5 working days.
6. Feedback and reporting issues
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Unlocked website and platform. If you find an accessibility barrier, please contact us with:
- The page or feature where you encountered the issue
- What you were trying to do
- What happened and what you expected to happen
- The browser and assistive technology you were using (if applicable)
We will acknowledge your report and work to resolve or mitigate the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Preparation of this statement
This accessibility statement was prepared on 25 May 2026. It was based on a self-assessment of the website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria.
This statement will be reviewed and updated following a formal independent accessibility audit and at least annually thereafter.
