- Who is this for?
- Employers who want to give managers, new leaders and high-potential staff time with experienced mentors, without running a formal programme. It works for two or three people as well as a whole leadership group.
- How is this different from coaching or a leadership programme?
- A coach helps people find their own answers, and a programme follows a fixed curriculum. An Unlocked mentor has done the job your colleague is doing and talks about what they would do, on the problem in front of them that week.
- What can we see as the employer?
- Your organisation admins see who has joined, the sessions booked, hours used, which mentor and what each session cost. They do not see session notes or the messages between your colleague and their mentor.
- How do we pay?
- Sessions are charged to a card saved on your organisation account, and every transaction appears in your reporting and export. There is no retainer. If you would prefer to agree a block of hours for the team, talk to us and we will set it up.
- Can we start small?
- Yes. You can start with a few people and add more later. Your admins can invite or remove people at any time.
- How are mentors verified?
- Every mentor is verified before joining. We review what they have actually done, hold a conversation with them and take references where relevant. The network was built over a decade through The Experience Bank.
- What happens on the call?
- It is a free 30-minute video call about the people you would like to support and how you would like it to run. We will tell you honestly whether Unlocked is a good fit.
