Unlocked is the operating platform for The Experience Bank. We exist to put practical, lived business experience in the hands of the people who need it — at the moment they need it.

Peter Neal begins building what becomes a curated network of operators, founders, NEDs and specialists — ten years of relationships before a single line of code is written.

Unlocked is built around the network
The platform is designed from the ground up to make the network discoverable, bookable and scalable — without compromising the curation that makes it work.
- 2025
NatWest Accelerator pilot
21 businesses, 14 mentors, 136 hours of expert support delivered across pricing, growth, hiring, fundraising and operations.
- 2026
Scaling with combined authorities and member networks
Conversations underway with combined authorities, growth programmes and trade bodies to deliver mentoring at regional scale.
Unlocked is built by a small team in the UK, with the network at the centre.
Unlocked Expertise Ltd is registered in England and VAT-registered in the UK. Our work sits across the platform, the mentor network and the partner programmes that run on top of both.
